1. What this demo stores
CivicFlow is a demo, not a municipal register. When you submit the form, your name, email address, location and description are signed and put in a cookie in your own browser, and sent back to us only to draw your pages. There is no database behind this demo. No other visitor can read your reports, and neither can the demo administrator login, which only ever shows your own copy.
2. How long it is kept
The cookie expires two hours after you arrive, and each report you file starts those two hours again. Then it is gone, and so is the register it carried. Nothing is written to a database, nothing is backed up, nothing is exported, and nothing is sent to a third party.
3. Cookies
Four, all strictly necessary, all limited to the /civicflow path: csrf_secret checks that the form was sent from this page and not from another site, cf_visitor carries your own copy of the register (two hours), admin_session holds the demo administrator login (12 hours), cf-lang remembers whether you chose Polish or English (one year). None identifies you, none is used for analytics or advertising, and clearing site data in your browser removes them all.
4. Who is responsible
Tenzan Logic, a one-person software studio in Kraków, Poland. Questions about this demo or this notice: contact@tenzanlogic.com.
5. Your rights
The copy is yours, it sits in your browser and it deletes itself, so after two hours there is nothing left to ask anyone to erase. To end it sooner, clear site data in your browser: that drops the cookie, and the register goes with it. Anything else, write to the address above.
