These Terms govern access to the Tenzan Logic website and the Helio platform. By submitting a request, creating an account, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Helio is a software service for panel-level solar inspection analysis based on thermal and RGB imagery. Features may include defect detection, reasoning logs, and white-label report generation.
You retain ownership of imagery and related project data uploaded to Helio. Tenzan Logic processes data only for service delivery, support, and agreed operational purposes.
Data processing details, retention windows, and security controls are defined in applicable privacy and processing documentation.
Commercial terms are based on the active plan and agreed volume. Current public guidance is expressed in EUR per inspected MW. Pilot or free-site offers are limited and may be changed or withdrawn.
Helio may update features, models, and workflows as the product evolves. Reasonable efforts are made to maintain service availability, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.
Helio supports inspection operations and decision-making, but does not replace final professional judgment. Users remain responsible for operational, engineering, and compliance decisions.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Tenzan Logic is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Direct liability is limited to fees paid for the service during the relevant contractual period.
Either party may terminate access according to agreed commercial terms. Tenzan Logic may suspend or terminate accounts for serious Terms violations or security risks.
