Custom software pricing

Fixed price, no surcharge if work takes longer than estimated. Starting prices in PLN; exact quote within 48 hours of your message.

Scope	From	What it covers
Intro audit	free	Problem diagnosis, a delivery plan and a fixed project price. The report is yours to keep, even if we never start the work.
Company website or landing page	4,000 PLN	Up to three subpages, no content-editing panel. Content, language versions, the tags search engines read, and deployment on your own domain. A panel can be added for a surcharge set by scope.
Company website with an editing panel	5,500 PLN	A panel where you change the content yourself, without a developer, is included. The rest is as in the simple website.
Process automation	3,500 PLN	One process taken off people's hands: tool integration, the scenario itself, and monitoring that tells you when something stops.
Application or system	15,000 PLN	A panel with reports (like our Helio demo), an MES system, camera-based quality control or privacy tooling (like our Paste Shield). Stages with separate sign-off; code and documentation on payment.
Rollout and support	30,000 PLN	Rollout on your side, training for your team and development in the months after. Support from 1,500 PLN a month.

How we price

Fixed price: If the work takes us longer than we estimated, there is no surcharge.
Staged payment: A deposit reserves the slot; you pay the rest as each stage is accepted. We agree the billing before we start.
Time: A self-contained first stage is usually 30 days. Larger scopes are split into stages with deadlines.
Rights to the code: In custom software projects, the code and documentation are yours once paid, with no ongoing obligation to us.
How many at once: We take two projects at a time so each gets full attention.
Projects built on Helio (energy): The Helio core stays ours and you get a licence to use it; your data and configuration are yours. Package prices: the Energy page.
