Four things we build for shop floors

MES system

Orders, the work plan and machine status in one view. The operator ticks off an operation on a terminal by the line, the planner sees it at once, and nobody re-keys anything into a spreadsheet at the end of the shift.

Quality control

A camera over the line and a model that marks the defect on the photo of the part. We train the model on your defect photos, so the trigger threshold is set on your material, not on someone else's.

Integrations

Machine, ERP and spreadsheet wired into one data flow. The data travels on its own, and when one side stops answering you get a message, not silence.

Shop-floor reporting

Line output, downtime and scrap counted from the same records the system collects along the way. No separate sheet to fill in at night.
