What we collect and what happens to it

The data controller is Tenzan Logic, Szymon Jedryczko. For anything concerning your data, write to contact@tenzanlogic.com. Full company registration details are provided on request and on sales documents.

The contact form collects your name, email address, the message itself and optionally a company name. You fill in every one of those fields yourself and can share only as much as you think the enquiry needs.

We use them solely to answer your enquiry and, where it goes that way, to enter into a contract. The basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps before entering a contract), and where the contact does not lead to one, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in answering correspondence.

We do not profile you, we do not build marketing lists, and no decision about you is made automatically.

The form message is delivered by Resend (email delivery) and the site runs on Vercel infrastructure. Both companies are based in the United States and process the data as our processors, under data processing agreements and the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Beyond that we share the data with nobody and sell it to nobody.

We keep correspondence until the matter is closed, then for as long as any claims could still be brought. If nothing comes of the contact, we delete the message once it is no longer needed. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time.

The site itself sets no cookies, runs no visitor counter or analytics tool, and serves its fonts and every other asset from its own server. Nothing here needs a consent banner.

The project demos run under this same address and keep small things in your browser's local storage, such as your chosen language, and Paste Shield also keeps the downloaded AI model there so it works offline. That data stays on your device.

One demo does set a cookie. When you use CivicFlow's report form it sets csrf_secret: scoped to the /civicflow path, marked HttpOnly and SameSite=strict, and valid only for your session with that demo. It exists purely to protect the form against cross-site request forgery, does not identify you, and is not used for analytics or marketing. Cookies strictly necessary for a feature you asked for do not require consent. Clearing site data in your browser removes it.

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected, deleted or its processing restricted, the right to data portability, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Writing to the address above is enough.

You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.

It is entirely voluntary, but without an email address we have no way to reply. Instead of the form you can always write directly to the address above.
