What we collect and what happens to it
This site has no analytics and no tracking. The only data that reaches us is what you type into a form. One demo sets technical cookies. We say below which ones and why.

Who the controller is
The controller of your data is Tenzan Logic, Szymon Jedryczko. The controller is the one who decides why and how the data is used. For anything concerning your data, write to contact@tenzanlogic.com. Full company registration details are provided on request and on sales documents.
What we collect and why
The contact form collects your name, your e-mail address and the message itself. You give a company name only if you want to. You fill in every field yourself. You can share only as much as the enquiry needs.
The Voxmill beta form collects your first name, your e-mail address and your platform: macOS, Windows or Linux. That data serves two things: sending you a Pro key for the beta and one e-mail about the launch. There is no newsletter.
Contact form data serves to answer your enquiry and to enter into a contract, if it comes to that. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps before entering a contract. Where the contact does not lead to a contract, the basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest: we answer correspondence.
We do not profile you. We do not build marketing lists. No decision about you is made automatically.
Who else can see it
The form message is delivered by Resend, an e-mail delivery service. The site runs on Vercel infrastructure. Both companies are based in the United States. Both process the data on our instructions, under a data processing agreement and the standard contractual clauses, the model contracts approved by the European Commission.
We share the data with nobody else. We do not sell it.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence until the matter is closed. After that we keep it for as long as a claim from the matter could still be brought. If nothing comes of the contact, we delete the message once it is no longer needed. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time.
Cookies, analytics and tracking
The site itself sets no cookies. It runs no visitor counter and no analytics tool. We serve the fonts and every other file from our own server. Nothing here needs a consent banner.
The project demos run under this same address. They keep small things in the browser's local storage, such as your chosen language. Paste Shield also keeps the downloaded AI model there so it works offline. That data stays on your device.
One demo does set cookies. CivicFlow sets four when you use its report form. All four are scoped to the /civicflow path: csrf_secret (protects the form against an attack from another site, for the session), cf_visitor (your own signed demo register of reports, gone after 2 hours; nobody else can see it), admin_session (12 hours, only after logging into the demo panel) and cf-lang (your chosen language, one year). None of them identifies you. None is used for analytics or marketing. Cookies strictly necessary for a feature you ask for do not require consent. Clearing site data in your browser removes them.
Your rights
You have six rights: access to your data, its correction, its deletion, restriction of processing, moving the data to another company, and objection to processing based on legitimate interest. Writing to the address above is enough.
You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.

Giving us the data is voluntary. Without an e-mail address we have no way to reply. Instead of the form you can write straight to the address above.
